Delivery time varies between 7 days and 14 days. Certain factors such as weather, different carriers, etc. may take longer to process certain orders, which can sometimes extend the delivery time of the package. We ask that you please take this delay and these factors into consideration.

We will provide you with the necessary elements for the correct return of the items. We will refund the entire order (including delivery costs) after having received all the products previously ordered, however the return costs will be at your expense and the request must be made within 30 days of good receipt of order.
