When the order is shipped ?

The order is invoiced as soon as the payment is validated by the various payment platforms. The order is shipped within an average of 24 to 48 hours from the order confirmation.

What is the estimate / delivery time ?

Delivery time varies between 7 days and 14 days. Certain factors such as weather, different carriers, etc. may take longer to process certain orders, which can sometimes extend the delivery time of the package. We ask that you please take this delay and these factors into consideration.

What are the payment methods ?

Accepted payment methods are: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PAYPAL and Apple Pay. We accept 98 different currencies worldwide.

How to track my order ? 

You can use the link in the invoice well as on the updates of your order. You can click on this link or click on "Help" then "Where is my Order ? / Tracking". Please wait 24 to 72 hours before the follow-up is active.

How to make a return ?

Contact us directly via our email address: customer-service@bytooday.com indicating your desire to return the products and initiate a refund request. We will provide you with the necessary elements for the correct return of the items. We will refund the entire order after having received all the products previously ordered, however the return costs (with some exceptions) will be at your expense and the request must be made within 30 days of good receipt of order.
