The order is invoiced as soon as the payment is validated by the various payment platforms. The order is shipped within an average of 24 to 48 hours from the order confirmation.

Delivery time varies between 7 days and 14 days. Certain factors such as weather, different carriers, etc. may take longer to process certain orders, which can sometimes extend the delivery time of the package. We ask that you please take this delay and these factors into consideration.

We will provide you with the necessary elements for the correct return of the items. We will refund the entire order after having received all the products previously ordered, however the return costs (with some exceptions) will be at your expense and the request must be made within 30 days of good receipt of order.
